Anna De Rose started her career at Welser Profile 21 years ago as a controller, then as a team leader
in Controlling and, after returning from parental leave, in several roles in- and outside of the
accounting department. In 2021, when management recognized the need to build a cell structure
organization, Anna pioneered the transformation as a team member of Group Finance. She was
actively involved in the transformation as a core team member. Today, in her role as a trainer, she
guides departments and people into the cell structure organization and ensures an effective and
continuous transformation.
