Holacracy is the most comprehensively described self-organization practice available today.

Over the past 15 years it has radically changed the game of organizing and is globally acknowledged as a true 21 st Century alternative to the conventional management hierarchy.

Over time practicing Holacracy has given rise to important insights of what is needed beyond to enable self-organization to fully unfold its potential.

In this experiential workshop you will learn about the Language of Spaces, which evolved from these insights. It is the only framework that defines the core capacities needed to thrive within a power-shifted, self-organized, and decentralized context, and that offers the practices to build these capacities. You will:

• learn how Holacracy gave rise to the Language of Spaces framework,
• experience how the framework’s practices can build the core capacities needed in a power-shifted, self-organized, and decentralized context, and 
• understand how the practices can enable people and organizations to evolve in alignment and symbiosis (to the advantage of both).
