During the workshop I’ll present to you the main challenges Pipedrive R&D met during its rapid growth from 100 to 400 and the options we had on table. I’ll invite you to discuss what could help and what are pros and cons of different approaches. Then I’ll share what we actually did, how it turned out, how it evolved over time and what challenges we face now, growing from a well matured startup to solid scaleup. To put things in context – we’re a CRM platform for small sales teams, over 1000 employees in 8 different locations.
