The latest government’s regulations require us to adapt once again and finally postpone The NextGen Enterprise Summit to a later date.

We will inform you of the new dates as soon as possible. Keep the tickets you bought, they remain valid and you’ll be able to use them at that time.

Thank you for your support during this difficult time and we look forward to seeing you soon. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Kind Regards,
Susanne Aebischer and Luc Bretones

The team of The NextGen Enterprise Summit and its partners have been working for a year on the preparation of this summit and we have decided to take up the challenge and to maintain it by giving you the possibility of participating from distance!

It is in line with our principle of permanent adaptation which characterizes NextGen organizations.

Therefore our challenge consists, in addition to setting up private video streams and electronic interaction tools, to maintain a good level of interaction during the two days of the event. We count on your active participation in this sense.

Your tickets will give you access to the virtual space of the summit and the tools mentioned during and after the conference. They will also give you access to special rates for the second edition of the summit.

We are living a turning point in history.

Emerging countries have emerged, the margins of traditional activities are being squeezed.
We are entering the economy of innovation, fast and uncertain.

At the same time, the disengagement of employees in organizations is at its peak all over the world. However, while the business models have been largely disrupted, the management inherited from Taylor persists largely. Managing the complexity and speed of transformation requires new forms of governance and new management methods.

The agile enterprise is driven by purpose, embodied values, and decentralized authority for greater autonomy, accountability, transparency and trust.
