Michael Haberfellner started his career at Welser Profile as a Construction Engineer and Technical Feasibility Engineer for punching tools and dies ten years ago. After his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Operations Management he returned in 2019 and stepped in as a Business Development Manager responsible for the setup of the new production site in America and the 1PLUS
transformation – Our way to transform the organization into a more agile and flexible one to adapt for
future challenges and to create opportunities even over next generations of our family owned
business. Michael is part of the transformation steering team and focuses on managing projects and
work packages to ensure an impactful continuous transformation. Since January 2022 he works as an
internal trainer and leads our Sustainability circle.
