As Transformation Catalysts in our department we are designing and delivering interventions in
the strategy-driven transformation. The scope of interventions is from developing high-level
transformation architectures as parts of local business strategy to concrete activities like team
workshops, retros, mediation / conflict resolution etc. I live my passion working with people and
