Dennis Wittrock, M.A. is a certified Holacracy® Coach and worked as an internal coach and trainer at the intersection of seven parallel Holacracy adoptions in the network of Hypoport, a fin-tech company with 2.000 employees. Together with his colleagues, he pioneered new ways of teaching the practice. Previously he worked for encode.org, a consulting company powered by Holacracy which is creating legal, social, and financial foundations for self- organization. Dennis holds an M.A. degree in philosophy from Bremen University and lives in Germany.
