Last 4 years I have been building a coaching team in Pipedrive and coaching people and teams, concurrently giving public classes on sociocracy and holacracy. Before that spent years in mixed roles of manager, agile coach and process owner, preceded by related roles. Being a lifelong learner I have passed many psychology, coaching and psychotherapy related training and schools over the years.
